Chattahoochie, Fla./Apr. 4. Red oval postmark with manuscript date (Type IV, misspelled) on 1834 folded letter to Bath, Me., manuscript "25" rate; some cover edge wear and light toning, Very Fine, the only recorded example of the first Chattahoochee handstamp postmark.

Chattahoochee/Feb 6th '38. Manuscript postmark (type I) on folded election returns to Quincy, with the scarce 6¼ rate; some reinforced splitting at folds, otherwise Very Fine, a nice example of the elusive 6¼ rate from Chattahoochee, ex-Meroni.

China Hill P.O., Flo/January 31st, 1846. Manuscript postmark (type I) and "5" rate on 1846 folded letter to Quincy, Fla., Very Fine, one of three known manuscript postmarks from China Hill, this being the only type I postmark.
