Dateline on folded letter to Boston, Mass., manuscript "4" rate, commerial letter regarding the taking of vessels by the British…the Brig Juliet…I fear She is taken…as She is not arrived I am fear full for her safety, our bay for three or four weeks past has been full of York Vermen, who have taken most of the vessels bound in here…I am rather of your opinion, that Britain will try another Campaign, our politicans are sure South Carolina & Georgia will be evacuated very soon, Very Fine.
