Outstanding collection of some 350 covers, mostly pre-QEII, representing every imaginable circumstance which might warrant the use of postage due markings and adhesives, many with writeups and mounted on pages for exhibition and in albums arranged by date & reign; note one cover usage on the first date of issue, April 20, 1914, and other early usages; many incoming foreign frankings from a variety of exotic originating countries; underpayment penalties; illegal usages requiring penalties; forwarding penalties; etc., etc; also included are an additional 50 or so later QEII modern covers; some used examples off cover also present by issue; full appreciation of this remarkable accumulation will require close examination.Estimate $3,000 - 4,000.
