Very comprehensive used collection on Scott Specialty pages; absolutely loaded with $100 & up stamps, many with one or two duplicates; includes a very nice Germany 5m type I #65 - not retouched - with a small a tiny tear and a few mint (like Cameroun 101-105, 106-115 not signed). There are also many useful duplicates with a good variety of cancels. Condition is generally F.-V.F. though some of the highest values have hidden flaws. An outstanding lot.
