Large margins, small tear at top, canceled by black dot cancel on locally addressed cover, letter with interesting content…Eli Mustun (in 2 instances) sent me notes with Bloods dispatch ticket on the same. Now why your young man or anyone in your establishment should throw the notes in the Post office I know not. A few cents is scarcely worth speaking about, but nevertheless, there are so many Despatch Boxes about, & much nearer than the Post office that i could not help wondering "why twas done".; cover with small wax seal stain at bottom left, Very Fine; with 2009 P.F. certificate.
