Hall with "Hookena, Hawaii, Jun 7, 1888" cds (MH 282.01, 1RR, latest known strike), 1893, 5¢ on 5¢ entire (59+U12) to Calcutta, India from Hilo, uprated 2¢ postal cards to England and Germany, various up-rated postal entires, some interesting statehood covers including 1900 Kihei plantation cover to England & several ship/packet boat usages.
