Says there are thousands there in great distress & no ship to take them away. He brought 500 up to Callas about 1000 miles up the coast in hopes to find some conveyance…, mentions cholera; cover stain at right & tear at bottom left, F.-V.F., an early gold fever cover.Estimate $100 - 150.
