Red cds with matching straight line "Paid" & "5" handstamps on 1861 folded cover to Mobile, Ala. with the impression of an 1853 Half Dime was affixed with wax at top right to pay postage also included is an unused cover with a Sparta red "Paid" straight line & "5" rate handstamp indicating that some of these were intended to be sold as Provisionals, Very Fine; with 2005 P.F. certificate and 2004 C.S.A. certificate.
