Few short perfs at right, tied by Honolulu segmented foreign mail cancel on wrapper to San Francisco, Cal., in combination with U.S. 1870, 1¢ ultramarine tied by large crossroad cancel; U.S. stamp with nick in upper left corner, otherwise Very Fine, a very rare combination franking and wrapper usage.
