Vertical strip of 4, positions 4-14-24-34R11E, with top margin selvage folded over adhering to reverse, disturbed o.g., nicely centered, strong bright color, few toned perfs and horizontal crease at bottom of second stamp, attractive Very Fine appearance, with letter from Dr. C. Chase noting plate 11 early stamps are rare unused.
