Two folded covers both showing the Retaliatory Rate, one in to the United States & one out of the United States, 1st is a folded cover from Dungannon to Jackson, La. showing all proper markings including bold red "New York/Ship/34 cts." handstamp, 2nd is folded cover from New Orleans with straight line "Paid" & "34" rate handstamp, Very Fine.
