Two singles of each tied by quarter cork cancels on 1864, 3¢ pink entire to Vevey, Switzerland, per 1866 Prussian closed mail with "Washington D.C., Feb 16" duplex postmark and blue Aachen transit box date stamp, Very Fine, a very unusual make up of the 33¢ rate.
