Full margins, just tied by by manuscript cancel on folded letter sheet to Farmington, Me., red "New-York, Jun 21, 10cts" integral rate cds at right; letter sheet missing bottom flap and restored cover hole at bottom, otherwise Fine, still a very scarce on cover usage; with 1988 P.F. certificate.
