Jul. 5, 1864" double-circle datestamp on Lincoln Patriotic cover to Jacksonville Ill., clear strike of blue oval "West Branch P.O." handstamp, partly restored, lovely Fine appearance, scarce example of this auxiliary marking used on a rare patriotic.
