Full neat strike of fancy cancel and matching "New York, Jan 13" cds, tying 1873, 3¢ green on fresh corner card cover to Acedima, N.Y.; small cover tear at left, Very Fine and choice, a lovely example of this rare and popular late 19th century fancy cancel; with 1997 P.S.E. certificate.

Eagle and Shield (Small) of Corry, Pa. Lightly inked but clear strike on 1867 3¢ red, F. Grill on orange cover to Youngsville Pa., neat "Corry Pa. Jan. 20" circular datestamp, a bit reduced at right, some minor toning from gum around stamp edges, otherwise Very Fine.

Sep. 29" circular datestamp tie 3¢ green on orange cover with pump manufacturer's illustrated corner card to Youngsville Pa., with original 1870-dated enclosure, reverse with all over illustrated advertising showing "Drop Handle Pump", slightly reduced at right, Very Fine and choice.

Elm Leaf of Waterbury, Con. (Rohloff L-1), bold and complete strike ties 1861 3¢ rose on cover to East Litchfield Conn., postmarked partial strike of "Waterbury Con. Jul. 25, 1866" double-circle datestamp, barely reduced at right, bottom left corner of stamp defective, still Very Fine, only 25 covers recorded (Jul. 20-Aug. 16).
