Mexico, 1864-66, 4r green, Guadalajara, half used as 2r. 4th period, Cons. 24-1865, Sub-Cons. 15 (Colima, Corbett E 25 4r sent), tied by "Franquedo En Colima" fancy oval handstamp on folded letter sheet to Zapotlan, docketed "March 19, 1865" with a possibility from consignment #207-1864 which was sent Nov 5, 1864, 4½ months before this use (#24-1865 sent Feb. 9, 1865); slight central cover lightening, otherwise Very Fine, a very rare sub-consignment bisect usage.
