Mexico, Lagos, 1866-67. 2 stamps, both cons. 22, litho 13c with sub. 28 with Ojuelos double oval (Schatzkes 685, 30pts.), sub. listed as (?) in both Chapman and Smeth and Fayolle, a very rare stamp and 25c used in Lagos, also beautiful cover with same 13c tied to folded letter with "O" and stepped box of Lagos (Schatzkes 666 and 664), Very Fine.
