Horiz. pair, large margins to just shaving frameline at right, tied by blue "Lynchburg, Va." cds on cover to Petersburg, pair lifted from cover & hinged in place to show the printing variety, Very Fine and rare, a wonderful rarity of which only six examples are recorded, of which only two exist on cover, ex-Muzzy, Gallagher.
