Franked with 1866 15c orange yellow vert. strip of 3 (Types 32, 31, 20) tied by two strikes of "Certificado" handstamp, postmarked "Montevideo" double circle postmark, strip with large margins, hint of margin toning & left stamp with tiny margin tear at bottom, Very Fine, a lovely & rare usage to Paraguay, ex-Lee.
