Mexico, Comision de Limites Entre Mexico Y Guatemala, Pagaduria. Two strikes of circular handstamp, one tying 1885 Official on 1888 registered cover front to Tabasco, San Juan Bautista, blue "Franco En Comitan" oval handstamps and matching certified boxed date stamp, receiving docket on reverse with official "Admon. Principal Del Timbre, Tabasco" eagle in oval handstamp as front was retained as receipt of delivery; front with reinforced edge tears at top, F.-V.F., this being the discovery copy of the Mexican-Guatemalan Boundary Commission's handstamp used to cancel stamps.
