Tied by grid cancels on 1884 certified cover front receipt to Oaxaca with regimental address, blue certified oval handstamps and matching Queretero certified boxed date stamp, purple oval receiving date stamp and returned with Mexico and Tehuacan transit postmarks, signed on reverse by sender on Oct. 31 after 10 months from sending, Very Fine.

Mexico, 1884, 20c green, diagonal half used as 10c. Tied by "Franco En, Altata, 24 Jul, 1891" oval date stamp and "Franco En Altata" circular handstamp (SIN 4/4 & 4/3) on cover to Culiacan; cover with small piece of corner restored at top right, otherwise Very Fine.

Mexico, 1885, 4c red orange, diagonal half used as 2c. In combination with 4¢ pair on 1886 cover front to Monterey, tied by "Agencia, Del Correo En, S.A. Del Coyote" oval handstamps (Coah 49/1), purple "Monterey, Ago, 1886" oval receiving postmark; lower right front repair and left stamp in pair with vertical crease, F.-V.F. appearance, an extremely rare bisect usage, mostly likely unique.

Tied by grid cancel on 1886 cover to Ciudad Guzman, red "Mazatlan, E.U.M., Ene 15, 1886" origin oval date stamp (SIN 28/9), sent by coastal steamer to Manzanillio with purple oval handstamp (COL 8/6), then by railway to Colima with purple oval date stamp (COL 3/11) and by stagecoach to Cuidad Guzman, Very Fine and choice.
