Top margin plate block of 8 with double plate number and arrow, o.g., never hinged, each stamp virtually perfectly centered amid large well balanced margins, intensely rich color and shade, fresh and immaculate, an Extremely Fine gem, as fine as any plate block in existence; with 2006 P.S.E. certificate.
