Wonderful Post Office fresh original gum which has been very lightly hinged once, perfect centering amid uncommonly large and beautifully balanced margins, bright color and remarkably fresh, an Extremely Fine gem, a sensational & rare mint stamp, which in our opinion is worthy of the "Jumbo" designation; with 2003 P.F. certificate and 2005 P.S.E. graded certificate (XF-Sup 95).
Scott No. 161    $1,200.

This is one of only four examples to attain the grade of "XF-Superb 95" according to the P.S.E. Population report, with none higher.

Bottom margin plate block of 12, immaculate Post Office fresh original gum which is never hinged, exceptionally centered with perforations all completely intact, brilliant rich color which is almost unheard of on this soft porous paper issue, wonderfully bright and fresh, an Extremely Fine gem, a magnificent 15¢ American Banknote issue plate block and a great rarity in never hinged condition, quite certainly one, if not the finest known in existence; with 2002 P.F. certificate.
