All color, with various issues on the front of each card, most depict Geisha girls performing duties, interesting scenes such as 'blind-man's bluff', Japanese gardens, playing musical instruments, dancing, etc. even dressed in Western costume, virtually all used in Peking or Tientsin with double concentric I.J.P.O. postmarks, all different, an attractive assembly, over 50 cards.Estimate $750 - 1,000.

Small specialized collection of 8 covers & cards franked with Offices Abroad issues, included is two 1902 cards with 5r (one with pair & one with single) tied by UPU commemorative cancels of Peking & Tientsin, a 1910 postcard to Germany franked with two ½s + 1s + 2s paying the correct 4s rate from Canton, a 1915 cover from Tsingtau franked with 10s, a wonderful 1915 registered cover from Newchang franked with 3s on front & four 3s + one 1s on reverse to Tokyo, a 1920 postcard to Germany franked with two ½s + 1s + two 2s from Tsingtau, a 1921 1½s China Offices postal stationery card additional franked with 1s + 1½s from Tsingtau to Germany, all neatly identified & written up, a great lot for the specialist, worth careful inspection.Estimate $750 - 1,000.
