Confederacy, 1862, 10¢ rose, mostly large margins and bright vibrant color, tied by neat "Jackson, Miss., Sep 19, 1862" on turned cover to Summit, Miss., with initial usage to Jackson, Miss. with manuscript "Meridian, Miss." postmark and matching "Paid 10" rating; cover slightly reduced at bottom with bottom flap replaced, otherwise Very Fine, a very attractive turned cover usage.
