Peyre Porcher and docketed "From Mr. Simms re Medical Plants of C. States" (missing backflap and small cover tears), and folded letter sheet with "Paid 10" rate, F.-V.F. or better; the former with 1998 C.S.A. certificate.Estimate $150 - 200.
A notation in the C.S.A. catalog notes the former unique postmaster endorsed cover. It states the postmaster signature may have been intended as a control on a postmaster's provisional, however there is insufficient information to support this conclusion.
