Jr. which has been crossed out with manuscript Capitol added, Very Fine.

Thorn (Mississippi and Red Rivers), black illustrated corner card on 1870-71 3¢ Reay entire to Portland Ky., manuscript "Via Louisville", postmarked Shreveport La. cds, edge wear and repairs, also included is 1875 printed freight bill, F.-V.F. appearance, the only recorded example, Unlisted in Milgram.
