U.S. Ship Santiago de Cuba (Atlantic Ocean), fancy circular handstamp with pointed hollow star in center on cover to Brooklyn, NY, franked with 1861 3¢ Rose (65) tied by faint "Key West Fla Feb 17" cds, reduced and with large cover repair at right, the adhesive is faulty and may not by original, Fine, a nice strike of this rare Civil War Usage.
