Regular Memphis and Arkansas River Packet Steamer Glide No. 3 (Mississippi and Arkansas Rivers), printed corner card across top of cover to Shousetown, Pa., franked with 1861 3¢ Rose (65, toned perfs), cancelled by target cancel with "New Orleans, La., Oct 16 '65" double circle postmark alongside, includes original enclosure, bottom left corner torn away, otherwise Very Fine and scarce.
