Mexico, 1865, Eagle (4th Period), 4r green, Mexico, in combination with 1865, Eagle (4th Period), 2r orange, Mexico, both cons 133-1865, tied by light Mexico cds's on reduced cover with large part back to Paris, France, via British packet with boxed "G.B., 1f60c" accountancy mark and "24" decimes due handstamp; cover with edge tears at top, F.-V.F. and scarce, the Mexican internal postage and the French due charge show that both systems rated this at the third rate step (i.e., three times the single rate).
