Barbados, Seated Britannia Issue Group, #29-32 (SG48-51) 1871 Collection balance of used Seated Britannias watermark Small Star, rough perf 14-16 mounted on exhibit pages. Includes 1d (13 stamps), a strip of 4 with cds, and "1" - "4", "6", "8", "10" and "11" bootheels, 4d (2), 6d (4 including "3" bootheel) and 1/ (8 with "1", "10" and "11") bootheels. All nice strikes. F, F-VF.

Barbados, Seated Britannia Issues, 1875-81, collection of about 120 Seated Britannia stamps bearing dated cancels and arranged by denomination in date order. A great resource for the study of the myriad of shades comprising this issue and their dates of use. A few stamps with faults.

Barbados, Cancellation Collection, 1875-80, #55, 55a (SG79-80) 1875-80 of the 6d denomination on exhibit pages with 6 chrome-yellow including "2" "3", "6", "7", "8", "10" and "11" bootheels and the yellow with "4", "7", "8", "10" and "11". Also a 6d yellow on pelure paper with blue BARBADOS JY 11 1878 double arc, etc. Most are exceptional strikes.

Barbados, Covers, 1938-56, of 53 covers plus one plate proof on card presented on album pages and very well written-up representing various usages of the first KGVI issue. Includes 12 regular. covers, 8 censored, 2 metered, one ½d postal stationery card and 2 air letters, an advertising cover (flying fish), a Paquebot cover (SS Brazil), a newspaper wrapped with US censor, a QSL card. Values to the 5/. Also includes a few stamps. An excellent and interesting group worthy of examination. Condition generally F-VF. ex-Larsen.

Basutoland, KGVI//QEII Cancellation Collection, mainly on album pages consisting of KGVI covers (2) and censored postal stationery envelope incoming from Palestine (FPO 550) and canceled Moritaon arrival plus QEII 2½¢ on 3¢ used locally, a postal stationery 5¢ regular. envelope used from Thaabana Morena plus 20 singles and block, many on piece with a nice variety of cancellation including Tlalis, Makhuas, Mazenod Inst., etc.

Bermuda, Specialized Cover Collection, 1820-1950's, of several hundred covers covering the full extent of Bermuda postal history from stampless period to early QEII; starts with early stampless showing Bermuda markings and incoming mail from as early as 1820's, QV better frankings and usages with better town cancels, usages from all stamp issues, Boer, WWI & WWII usages (with a very detailed holding of over 150 WWII censor tapes collected by number and type and also various handstamps censors), extensive areo philately starting with several types of the early Zeppelin issues to more recent, maritime, naval, postal due usages, unusual usages, keyplate covers, registered, destinations, a specialized study of local KGVI mail to all the better small towns with backstamps, and the majority commercial usages; a great holding accumulated over a long time.

Bermuda, Cover Group, 1855-1953, of 12 covers including 1855 stampless with VF Hamilton PM4 in red, KGV ½d - 1/6, 2/, 2/6, 10/ (flaw 3A) to Sir Charles Belcher, Trinidad KGV 2/6 on unaddressed cover canceled Ireland Island, KGVI covers include 2/ with plate number (2 printings), 2/6 first printing with plate # at position 2 on censor cover, 2/6 registered to Ceylon, 5/ & 10/ with plate number, the latter registered to Tripoli, £1 registered to Benoni, So. Africa, etc., and excellent group.
