Telegraphic (Washington & New Orleans Telegraph Co., Macon, Ga.)., bold straight line handstamp addressed in Macon, Ga., with manuscript "25¢ collect" due rating; few edge flaws, otherwise Very Fine (ASCC rarity 7) with this usage from Macon, Ga. may well be unique, unlisted in ASCC in black with only two strikes as such known.
