Mexico, 1881, Hidalgo Profile, 100c carmine, thin paper, Zacatecas, cons 280, on registered front to Pinos dated May 1884, tied by blue grid handstamp with matching boxed "Franco" handstamp and Fresnillo box date stamp, bold Fresnillo certification date stamp at center; couple small edge nicks, still Very Fine, probably 75 registered fronts exist of this issue exist, they are all fronts as the postal rules required the addressee to sign as proof of receipt.

Mexico, 1884, Hidalgo Medallion, 1c green, imperf, block of four, on reverse of cover, in combination with 1884, Hidalgo Medallion, 4c green, imperf, vertical pair (153a) on pristine cover from Allende to Mexico dated 1892; cover opened at sides for display, Very Fine, a unique combination of two imperfs.

Mexico, 1890, Numeral, 1c green, with 1890, Numeral, 4c vermillion (215) on a very rare cover from El Rosario to New York, mute cancels and a unique postmark "Amortizado" in blue, Very Fine, an article in Mexicana discussed this cover, no one knows the origin or meaning of this unique postmark.

Mexico, 1890, Numeral, 2c carmine, with 1890, Numeral, 3c vermillion (214) on cover to Guatemala, with purple "Barracouta" straight line which is a ship marking from a 3rd class British cruiser which was decommissioned in 1905; 2c with small scuff, otherwise Very Fine, possibly a unique cancellation.

Mexico, 1914, 1p booklet, Monogram overprints in violet, complete unexploded booklet, consisting of 1c pane of 4, 2c pane of 8 and two 5c panes of 8, o.g., never hinged, bright and fresh without the usual flaws normally associated with this early booklet, Extremely Fine and choice, a very rare intact unexploded booklet, especially so in such exceptional condition.
