Mexico, 1890, Numeral, 20c vermilion, 20 singles, with 1890, Numeral, 25c vermillion, 9 singles + 10c vermilion (221, 218) on a 1890 registered front from Tecamachalco to Chalchicomula, paying $4.35, one of the largest frankings of the issue, Very Fine, a Judicial front and therefore not philatelic.
