Mexico, 1895, Numeral, 12c vermilion, group of 2 covers; one cover is registered Mexico to Philadelphia with a 3c stamp (214) on back, the other is a solo use Nuevo Laredo to London, Very Fine, this stamp was issued a few days before the issue was replaced by the Mulitas issue, unused stamps are plenty but covers are very rare.
