Cameo Advertising Cover Collection, 1850-70's, extensive holding of approximately 170 cover housed in three cover binders; mostly 1850-60's covers with a wonderful array of merchants and companies with many illustrated designs, including 1850's Merchant's Celebrated Garling Oil - Lockport, N.Y. showing Arabian Horse Scene, various shield designs including San Francisco, McPherson & Thomas, Commission Merchants - Baltimore showing Flour Barrell, C.W. Coontz, Iron Founder and Machinery - Winchester, Va. showing Steam Engine, Charter Oak Life Insurance Co. - Hartford, Ct. showing Oak Tree, Beates & Miller, Wholesale Druggist - Philadelphia showing Mortar and Pestle, National Stove Works (New York) showing various Stoves, etc., domestic usages including a few 3¢+1¢ combinations, wide range towns and professions; overall condition a bit above the norm, worth proper review (See website for images).

Exposition & Fairs Illustrated and Advertising Cover Collection, 1870-1910's, extensive holding of approximately 215 items arranged in three cover binders; starting with a nice showing of 1880's Expos covers including the 1882 St. Louis (Great Fair, also 1877, 1878, 1883 designs), 1880, 1883 & 1884 Cincinnati Expos, 1884 New Orleans, 1886 Cincinnati Industrial, 1888 Ohio Centennial Expo (fairground view and many others), 1888 Virginia, 1889 Atlanta (Main Building view), 1889 San Francisco with Mechanics' Expo illustrated enclosure, etc., nice showing of 1893 Trans-Mississippi Expos and other 1890's items, majority of items residing in the 1900's with a wonderful array of 1901 Pan-American Expo including dozens of the multicolored Niagara En. and Pan-Am Ex. Co. emissions, allover Buffalo in flag designs, embossed medal, buffalo & globe, Larkin Buffalo with Top Hat, many Expo label usages, rare International Navigation Co. multicolored and many other seldom seen items, nice showing of 1904 St. Louis World's Fair multicolored designs (many with Louisiana frankings), popular Uncle Sam and Map design present, etc., 1905 Lewis & Clark Centennial well represented, 1901 Jamestown Expo, 1909 Alaska-Yukon, 1902 Kansas City 1902 Pasadena (Roses), etc. with an additional array of other smaller fairs an later Expositions including 1915 Pan-Pac, various Exposition card including earlier advertising hand-out items; overall condition well above the norm, some with relevant enclosures, etc., inspection a must to truly appreciate (See website for images).

Stevens Arms & Tool Co. design showing Hunters with Tent and Canoe, another Stevens bordered design showing Rifle, popular Savage Hammerless Rifles & Ammunition design showing Indian Chief Portrait & Rifle (2¢ Louisiana frank, bit reduced), Hunter Arms Co. design showing Cocker Spaniel, couple different Remington UMC designs showing Caricature Bears and Shotgun, two Hazard Powder ads showing Quacking Duck, three different Winchester ads, etc., others including several 19th ad covers, two nice illustrated gun postal cards, other companies represented including U.S. Cartridges, Marlin, U.S. Ammunition, DuPont Powders (couple multicolored), Peters, Ithaca Guns, etc., some related items, one unused cover, etc.; overall condition well above the norm, inspection highly recommended (See website for images).

Phrenology & Phonography Advertising Cover Collection, of 32 covers and one addressed pamphlet; Phrenology with 10 covers and pamphlet 1850-80's including rare 1850's "Fowlers & Wells Phrenological Museum" illustrated cameo on backflap, various other Fowlers & Wells illustrated Head designs, Phrenological Journal ads and 1855 Fowler published pamphlet, other covers of Phonography 1850-1900's with the host of allover designs including scarce small type cover, later with related including stenography & takigrafy ads, etc.; condition a little mixed with many nice items throughout, inspection recommended (See website for images).
