Mexico, Guadalajara Collection, of eight unused (including a 2r emerald and a 4r red), and 130 used from Guadalajara (Principal Administration - for sub-office cancels see the next lot) with eight different cancels plus manuscript ones, the best cancels are a nice strike of the Small "Cogwheel" (Schatzkes 302) on a 2r and the provisional period "Wreath" (Schatzkes 298) on two 1r, included are thirty-four ½r, seven 2r emeralds, twelve 4r (three with manuscript cancels) and two 8r, in addition there is a front with ½r single, six covers including a 4r and one with quarter of 8r tied, two pieces have 4r bisect and quarter of 8r, F.-V.F.

Mexico, Guadalajara Collection of 50 Used From Sub-Offices, fifteen different cancels, the best cancels are Barca, Colotlan (on 1r single and pair), Etzatlan, Jalostotitlan, Nochistlan (on 2r emerald), Tequila on seven including two 4r, Zacoalco and Zapotlanejo on ½r strip of three and 1r, in addition there is a cover with 2r emerald tied by San Juan de Lagos (Schatzkes 349), generally F.-V.F.

Mexico, Guadalajara-Tepic Collection, of 75 used showing sixteen different cancels, plus three covers, included are twelve ½r (including strip of 4), four 2r emeralds, three 4r red and and one 8r red lilac, better cancels include red Acaponeta (Schatzkes 418), Ahuacatlan (Schatzkes 419 and 420), San Blas (Schatzkes 423) in red on five, Compostela, Istlan (Schatzkes 4428A and 429), red Magdalena (Schatzkes 432) on three plus a beautiful 1r pair, Santiago (Schatzkes 434 and 435), mostly F.-V.F., a lovely group.

Mexico, Guadalajara-Zapotlan Collection, group of fifty stamps with eleven different cancels, included are fifteen ½r including a strip of four cancelled Tapalpa, three 2r emeralds, and a 4r is cancelled Sayula, the best cancel is manuscript Mazamitla (Schatzkes 448C), in addition there one cover front, plus a piece with quarter of 8r tied by complete Ciudad Guzman ribbon (Schatzkes 340), F.-V.F.

Mexico, Guanajuato Collection, of four unused (two each ½r and 1r), and 83 used plus eight covers and two 4r bisect pieces - all cancelled at Guanajuato (six different cancels, a couple of which are scarce), included are ten ½r, three 2r emeralds, three 2r deep blue greens plus a pair, five 4r including a pair and one tied to piece with another half attached but the cancel doesn't tie across the bisection, two nice 8r are noted, an attractive 1r block reconstructed with two pairs is present, the covers include an excellent 2r blue green and one with 1r showing the re-entry of inverted 4r value tablet (Follansbee 2pv1), F.-V.F., worth careful inspection.
