Interestingly there is what appears to be an offset of the Victoria district name on the bottom right of the cover - a mystery.

NO LARGER MULTIPLES OF 2R EMERALDS ARE RECORDED (FROM ANY DISTRICT) AND OF THE TWO OR THREE KNOWN STRIPS, THIS IS THE ONLY ONE ON COVER. ONE OF THE GLORIES OF THE 1856 ISSUE.
