Mexico, Puebla ½r Blue and 1r Yellow, single of each, margins on both are excellent, each with a strike of unrecorded "Puebla" small oval, the ½r (a corner copy, Plate 3 position 6) has a discolored spot, F.-V.F.Scott No. 1-2 Estimate $300 - 400.
This device is said to have been a survivor from the Colonial Era. Perhaps as few as five examples are known.
