1851, 3¢ orange brown, type II, margins ample to just clear at bottom right, tied by blue grid handstamp with matching "Harrisburg, Pa., Feb 7" cds, on embossed ornamental bordered Valentine cover to Hartsville, Pa., with original embossed lady cameo Valentine sheet with hand written 8-line poem; cover with light corner soiling at right, Very Fine.
