(Connecticut) Bristol, Ct., Feb 14, blue "Valentine's Day" cds with matching "V" in circle rate and straight line "Advertised 2ct." handstamps, manuscript St. Valentine endorsement at bottom left on cover to Utica, N.Y. with blue bordered backflaps, with original Valentine page enclosure with hand written 8-line poem datelined "Feb 14/1851" and pencil Doves in "Love" Tree illustration above; cover with light edge stains and small tear at top, Very Fine, illustrated in February 2019 edition of The American Philatelist (page 150).

(Connecticut) Glasgo, Ct., Feb 13, red cds with manuscript date on oversized green and gold bordered Valentine cover to Groton, Conn., matching "Paid 3" in circle rate handstamp, with ornate embossed bordered Valentine with silver and colored embellishments; some cover edge soiling, still Very Fine, ex-Haas.

(Connecticut) Groton, Ct., Feby 16, bold cds with manuscript day with matching "10" in circle rate and "Mar, Advertised" handstamps, on oversized gold ornate bordered Valentine cover to Norwich, Conn., reverse with top and bottom flaps with matching illustrated female portraits inscribed "Remember Me Love.", original pierced lace bordered Valentine with elaborate floral and silver embellishments around lace and bouquet blind lifts to reveal mirror underneath (mirror cracked), inside with neatly written 14-line poem; cover with light wear, Very Fine and attractive, a wonderful Valentine cover and enclosure, ex-Kuphal.
