Hawaii, Postal Stationery Free Frank Correspondence, 1945, unusual group of 16 items; four stamp envelope entires (U1, U2 & U4 x2) and twelve postal cards (UX1-UX4, UX5 x2, UX6-UX7, UX9-UX10 x2), all addressed to Anaheim, Cal. from Captain (return address) stationed in Honolulu, each with pencil Free notation at top right and canceled with "Honolulu, Hawaii, Dec 5, 1945" duplex postmark, each with enclosure (Hamilton Field Officer's Mess letterhead) or message to his mother regarding the items sent, generally Very Fine.
