Hawaii, 1893 Provisional issue, red overprint, plate proof on yellowish wove, horizontal pair (positions 23-24), reverse with penciled position numbers, initials and notation that this overprint was from the fourth printing, usual small flaws, Very Fine appearance, quite rare with only one sheet of 50 reported by F. Gregory; signed A. Chang.
