1991 (23¢) Flag & "Presorted First-Class", Transitional strip, strip of seven with mis-registered perfs showing left stamp completely imperforate, o.g., never hinged, light horiz. crease, Very Fine and rare; with 2005 P.S.E. certificate for strip of 11.
