Newfoundland, Official Seal, 1905, black on blue, Barlow collection balance, group including design page showing genesis of design with 1897 Canada 10¢ law stamp, 1902 and 1907 Canada official seals, one used OX1 used stamp canceled lightly in magenta, a plate position OX1 page with three unwatermarked stamps, and one additional used OX1 showing creasing and gum residue to illustrate typical use, also a mint OX1 with watermark (small corner thin), some typical faults, F.-V.F. and interesting group.
