1867, 2¢ black, F. grill, vertical bisect, used as 1¢ as part of 3¢ rate, left portion of stamp with vertical paper fold, in combination with full 2¢ black, F. grill (93) on cover to Burkittsville, Md., tied by target handstamp over bisect cut with matching "New London, Md., Feb 2" cds; small repaired cover tear and light tape stains, Fine, an affordable example of this scarce bisect usage; with 1957 P.F. certificate.
