Ter., Nov 18, 1886, full clear strike of cds (type 1) on cover to Wisconsin, franked with target canceled 2¢ Banknote, receiving backstamp; cover slightly reduced at right slightly affecting stamp, a Very Fine and choice strike, one of three recorded examples, this being the listing example.
