Hoag" at top, red "Bamber & Co.'s Express, S.F., Feb 5" double-circle datestamp (BAM-102), 1864 docketing on reverse, Extremely Fine, a lovely usage from Oakland to San Francisco, J.W. Hoag was a resident of Oakland and endorsed the company this cover was sent to.
