Mexico, 1881, Hidalgo Profile, 100c carmine, thin paper, Zacatecas, cons 280, on registered front to Pinos dated May 1884, tied by blue grid handstamp with matching boxed "Franco" handstamp and Fresnillo box date stamp, bold Fresnillo certification date stamp at center; couple small edge nicks, still Very Fine, probably 75 registered fronts exist of this issue exist, they are all fronts as the postal rules required the addressee to sign as proof of receipt.
