Japan, First Day Covers Collection, an attractive 1920-50's accumulation of about 200 better first-day covers (mainly ¥1,500-40,000 each), modest duplication, some five or more each but with many different cachets, so actual duplication is not excessive, generally fresh with only occasional small fault, lots of special issues with parks, New Years, some souvenir sheets, Lady Looking Back and Geese, some early issues in complete sets of 4. JSDA cat value over ¥1,000,000.

Japan, Collection, a messy mix of lower to medium-range items in modest duplication contained in six stockbooks, six albums and in loose glassine and other formats with most value in the mint $1-25 range, including some arranged by cat number and value; owner's total approximate cat of $16,000+ tends to be concentrated in the identified glassines or at least in the more organized portions.

Japan, Official Government Picture Post Card Collection, a lovely lot of about 210 early 1900's cards from #CC1-60 in modest duplication to four or five each of some, including mint and used with various frankings, splendid array with many beautiful designs including the stunning art nouveau types distinguishing these, few with faults but vast majority F-VF, mainly priced $25-40 each.

Japan, Postal Stationery Group, an interesting lot of 58 pieces mint and used from 1st issues and cherry blossoms to 1940's letter aerograms, including several items in the 7,000 to 25,000 yen range by JSDA. 38 of the items have cat values noted totaling over ¥230,000 with 20 items not counted or unlisted; condition F-VF mainly with only occasional small faults, modest duplication on a few pieces.

Latin America, Balance Collection, mint and used housed in three Scott album with some pleasant duplication throughout; various countries with issues to 1940, includes Bolivia from first issue mint Condor issues with strong 19th completion, Chile with good early Columbus issues and strong 19th century completion including back-of-the-book, completion in early Costa Rica and a section of good Guanacaste issues, Dominican Republic with good early issues and some later completion, Ecuador with completion in early 1865-72 Coat of Arms issues with some later completion, basic completion in 19th century Guatemala including 1872 issues used, good Haiti & Honduras, Nicaragua near complete 19th century missing a few high values and strong back-of-the-book, useful Panama, Paraguay & Salvador with much completion, Uruguay with a few early issues among forgeries, nice showing of Venezuela classics and later Bolivar issues, etc.; condition varies, please inspect.
